We are looking for Experienced Recruiters to join our team. Individuals who want to have a positive impact and change the lives of others. Looking for Recruiters with Accounting, Finance or IT Backgrounds. Location can be anywhere but you must have knowledge of the Houston, Austin or Chicago Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Generate new Business in Houston, Austin or a combination of both
• Deep knowledge of the Houston or Austin Areas
• Maintain, Develop and Run a Full Cycle Desk
• Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers as well as Candidates
• Be able to Generate only the Best Candidates in the Market

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of Full Cycle Experience
• Deep understanding of Accounting, Finance or IT positions
• A positive “Can Do” winning attitude
• A team player who works with the team, not independently
